Specific marketing campaigns, insertion orders, and publisher monetization services are governed by executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Insertion Orders (IOs). In the event of any conflict, the executed agreement controls.

Information displayed on techycrown.in—including performance metrics, eCPM figures, and operational case studies—is provided for marketing and orientation purposes and does not constitute a guaranteed commercial warranty.

All brand trademarks, trade dress, logos (including the TechyCrown crown insignia), text copy, and proprietary interface layouts are the exclusive property of TechyCrown. All rights reserved.

Publishers and advertisers engaging with TechyCrown must adhere to strict anti-fraud standards. Artificial traffic generation, device emulators, click farms, and incentive spoofing without disclosure are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of disputed earnings.

To the maximum extent permissible by law, TechyCrown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime or platform third-party disruptions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
